People who are in the beginning stage of the Christian walk and who regularly attend the church, at least for a year, are considered for training through this center. Apart from theological studies, they are also trained in self-discipline, soul winning, prayer life and related topics. Tests are conducted and those who pass are taken for further intensive training at the Workers' Training Center. Around 12 to 15 people are selected for each term and 2 sets of students per year pass out from this institute. There are 3 DTCs running, one at Danapur and the other at Bhabua in Bihar and one in Malkapur Maharashtra.
