GEMS initiated mass prayer movement from 2007. The key leaders taught about the importance of consistent prayer and given in-depth teaching about the spiritual warfare and the need of focused prayer. They have taken these essential areas of ministry to their respective areas and encouraged everyone to pray.
Annual Fasting Prayer Rally:
More than 3900 people gathered in Dehri On Sone during 27th to 28th of March. People fasted for more than 40 hours, cried out to the Lord and intercede for Bihar and for the Nation. People were challenged and they went back rejoicing expecting a greater harvest in every areas of life.
Chain Fasting Prayer:
New believers were envisioned to pray systematically throughout the year. All the participants signed up to pray at least for four hours in a year for the transformation of India. Individual reminder letters were sending later about their schedule and we praise God that people prayed throughout the year.
Focused Prayer:
People were challenged to pray for more than 30 focused areas and we are seeing the breakthrough in this year.
