How do we plan for Exponential growth - The Block Level Vision Building and Long Range Planning of GEMS
The following slides shows how we plan for the expansion work and how the local worker is motivated to handle the great commission. Each and very missionary of GEMS will have at least one map of his areas and they are highly focused to minister for the Lord. It is His doing and all glory belongs to Him.
